About Me

I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, with a Diploma in Counselling from Cork Counselling Services, and am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

Originally from Australia, I settled in Kerry in 2008 after years of world travel. The deep change I experienced through attending counselling, combined with my interest in working with people and my curiosity about how we relate to ourselves and others led me to pursue a career in counselling and psychotherapy.

In addition to ​working in private practice in Dingle, I see clients in Southwest Counselling Centre in Killarney and I work as a group facilitator and tutor for Kerry ETB.

Working safely and ethically are priorities for me.  I adhere to the IACP's code of ethics for counsellors.  I attend regular clinical supervision, personal counselling and continuing professional development to ensure the safety of my work.
