HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Sessions are €60 for a 60 minute session, payable on the day.
I offer a reduced rate for a limited number of clients (for example students, unemployed, lone parents or those on low income) - should these places be filled a waiting list is available. You are very welcome to get in touch to find out more.
HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
There are a few ways to get in touch; you can text, or leave a voicemail message on 086 254 3643. Or you can drop me an email at westkerrycounselling@gmail.com.
Just leave your name, contact number and a brief message and I'll get back to you within 24 hours (but usually sooner).

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Face to face sessions take place in my private counselling room, in a discreet location above Pantrí Cafe on Main Street, Dingle. I also see clients in Killarney, through Southwest Counselling Centre.
Sessions can also take place from the comfort of your own home via phone or video call. All you need is a quiet space where you won't be interrupted and your mobile phone or laptop.
IS COUNSELLING CONFIDENTIAL?
What you say in counselling is confidential and stays between us. However there are a few exceptions to this which I will discuss in our first meeting.
It's your choice if you want to tell anyone you are attending counselling, I will never name you or identify you as a client. We will discuss in our first session what will happen should we meet outside of the counselling room - I will respect and support your needs.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
This is your choice; some people may find that one or two sessions are enough to help them find clarity on a situation, others may be looking for long-term therapy. Often I suggest starting with 6 sessions, then we can take some time to review and go from there. I will support you to find out what works for you.
